How do I log into my Affiliate Account?

Select the "Sign In" link at the top of any LawDepot page, enter your email address and password, press the "Sign In" button, and then navigate to the Affiliate Program page (link located in the bottom menu or http://www.lawdepot.com/affiliate/).

Payment

How much money do I need to earn before I get paid?

$50 in commission must be earned before a payment is issued.

How often are payments calculated?

Payments are calculated on the 1st of the month. If $50 or more in commission has been earned, then a payment is given out. If less than $50 is earned, that amount will be carried forward to subsequent months (e.g. January earnings total $30 and February earnings total $30, a payment will be issued for $60).

How do I receive payments?

Payments will be sent via mail to the address you provided during your account registration.

Can I change the currency I am being paid in?

We do not support payouts in currencies other than the currency of the country where you currently reside (e.g. Canadian residents will be paid in Canadian dollars). If you live in a country other than Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States, you will be paid in US dollars.

Links and Images

Do you have images hosted on your site?

Currently, we do not support images hosted on our site. You must download an image and save it to the Images folder to use an image link.

How does your system track the commission and discounts?

In the affiliate links, there is a special code that is unique for each affiliate. When someone comes to our site using an affiliate link, we record the code in a cookie. Any purchases made in the next 30 days will be credited to you.

Commission and Discounts

What is the Combination program option?

The Combination program allows you to allocate up to 30% the value of the referral sale to a commission or you can choose to pass along a discount to your customers. (e.g. 30% commission, 30% discount, 15% commission and 15% discount etc).

How can I tell how much commission I'm currently earning? How about discounts?

On the “Traffic and Stats” tab, you can generate reports to view your current figures. On the “Payments” tab, you can see when payments have been issued.

What products and services do I receive commission on?

You earn commission on all product licenses and services we provide (including initial subscription purchases). You do not earn commission on fees that are paid to an outside agency or are physically delivered to customers (e.g. government registration fees for incorporation, tax, shipping fees etc), or on renewals (e.g. site subscription renewals).

What products and services can I use my affiliate discount on?

Your affiliate discount can be applied to all LawDepot products and services except site subscriptions and fees that are paid to an outside agency or are physically delivered to customers (e.g. site subscriptions, real estate package, government registration fees for incorporation, tax, shipping fees etc).
