Definition of "Shareholders’ Resolution"
A Shareholders' Resolution is a written document that records an action or resolution authorized by the shareholders of a corporation. Where a shareholders' meeting can not be held, the same matters can be authorized by a shareholders' resolution that is signed by all the shareholders.
